SignatureOps stores organization admins, directory fields you enter or sync, templates, rules, campaigns, and brand assets. We do not route, relay, read, or store the bodies of email messages.

Google signatures are written to Gmail sendAs settings when you deploy. Microsoft signatures are applied in the Outlook client at compose time via an add-in; they are not written through Microsoft Graph.

Uploaded images are stored in object storage so they can be loaded by email clients. Admin sign-in uses Google OAuth. Invite links expire after seven days.
